Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms form part of the Upadz Terms of Service and govern paid plans and top-ups. The plan and price shown at checkout control your purchase. Stripe processes payments; credits are granted after payment is confirmed, not merely when you return from checkout.

Free includes a one-time 50-credit grant. Pro is $49 monthly or $529.20 annually and grants 500 credits per monthly credit cycle. Growth is $99 monthly or $1,069.20 annually and grants 1,050 credits per monthly credit cycle. Business terms are set by a separate written contract. Annual plans are billed upfront; credits are granted monthly rather than all at once.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Where we are required and registered to collect sales tax or VAT, it is calculated by Stripe Tax based on your billing address and added at checkout. Top-up packages and current feature allowances are shown before purchase.

A paid subscription renews at its selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Checkout shows the plan, price, interval and renewal terms. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. If a renewal fails, payment may be retried and paid access may end if collection fails.

An upgrade takes effect immediately with a prorated charge and corresponding credit adjustment. Downgrades and billing interval changes take effect at the next renewal. Future prices and credit costs may change; changes to an existing subscription apply prospectively after notice where required, and you may cancel before renewal.

You can cancel in Billing settings or contact contact@upadz.io. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period; access continues through that period. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and unused credits are lost. Payments for renewals, unused time and account deletion remain final except where law requires otherwise. At Stripe checkout, a required box asks you to request immediate supply of your plan and credits and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once they are delivered. EU and UK consumers should read the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the withdrawal form, before purchase.
