Data Deletion

Upadz is run by InnovaCore LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This page explains how to delete your Upadz account, your personal information, the content you uploaded or generated, and access to connected ad accounts.

You can delete your Upadz account and its data yourself. Open Settings, go to Privacy & Data, and select "Delete account and data."

Before anything is deleted, Upadz shows you what will be removed. You then confirm who you are and type DELETE. Account deletion is permanent.

If you own a workspace that other members still use, you can't delete your account yet. First transfer ownership, or ask the other members to leave. This way, deleting your account never deletes another member's access or data.

Deletion process: Requesting deletion -- through self-service (Settings -> Privacy & Data -> Delete account and data) or by emailing privacy@upadz.io -- permanently deletes the Upadz account. Every workspace the account solely owns is deleted along with its content (uploads, generated media, projects, campaign drafts, and connected advertising-platform credentials stored by Upadz); for a workspace the account merely belongs to, only that account's own membership and personal attribution are removed, and the workspace and other members' data are untouched. Connected Meta and TikTok integrations tied to a deleted workspace are disconnected, and Upadz asks the platform to revoke the authorization it granted, where the platform supports that.

When you delete your account, the workspaces you own alone are deleted too, with the products you uploaded and the ads you generated in them. You can also delete single media items at any time, without deleting your account.

Content in a shared workspace that you don't own is not deleted with your account. It stays in the workspace, because other members may still need it.

You can disconnect a Meta or TikTok ad account at any time in the Media Buyer settings. Upadz then stops accessing that account right away, and asks the platform to cancel the access it gave.

When a workspace is deleted, its connected accounts are disconnected and their access is cancelled automatically.

You can also manage or remove Upadz's permissions in your Meta account settings. If you remove Upadz's access there, or if Meta tells us you asked to delete the data Meta shared with us, Upadz disconnects that connection automatically.

TikTok integration: TikTok Ads API

You can also manage or remove Upadz's permissions in your TikTok account settings.

Access is cancelled automatically each time a Meta or TikTok account is disconnected. This happens when you disconnect it in the Media Buyer settings, or when its workspace is deleted.

The fastest way is to delete your account yourself: Settings, then Privacy & Data, then Delete account and data (see "Account deletion" above). If you can't do that, for example because you can no longer sign in, email us to request deletion:

Before deletion starts, you confirm who you are again: with your password, or with Google if you sign in with Google.

For a request sent by email, we check the email address on your account. We also check any other information we reasonably need to confirm it's really you before we act.

Retention exceptions: Even after deletion, Upadz may retain a limited amount of information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security and fraud prevention, resolving disputes, accounting and recordkeeping, or because of backup-lifecycle limitations -- backups are not purged from every copy the instant a deletion completes. Deletion requests are processed without undue delay and within any deadline required by applicable law; Upadz does not commit to a fixed universal timeline (such as a flat 30-day window) for every request.

When you delete your account yourself, deletion starts as soon as you confirm. It normally finishes on its own, and you are signed out when it's done.
